Admission Requirements
Must be 17 or older to enroll in our program.
Per the State of Michigan rules, you must be able to fluently speak, read, and understand English.
Must be able to read and write at an 8th grade reading level of understanding and comprehension.
Must be able to safely lift 50 lbs.
Must be able to meet ALL attendance requirements for class.
Must have COVID19 vaccine OR Exemption Form
Ability to use computers for testing and training purposes.
Must be able to pass a criminal background check- no felonies.

PES recognizes that every single learner learns differently and as such we have taken that into consideration with our courses. Unlike other programs, we want to be able to offer a variety of ways to meet our student needs rather than putting them inside of a one-size fits all box!
Our in-person classes are just that- they run 2 weeks and are 100% in-person. Clinicals and labs are included in with this 2 week course.
Our virtual/hybrid option is a mix of virtual online learning and in-person lab and clinical hours. Our virtual/hybrid course runs 3 weeks. The first two weeks are 100% online. Week 3, you come in for lab and clinical days. Not everyone is suited to virtual learning, and that is why we still continue to offer both in-person and virtual CNA courses at this time.
