Mutiple submissions and false submissions may see you added to our Do Not Admit list for all programs.

We are unable to take applications over the phone. Applications must be submitted here on our secure website. If you have any issues while completing the form, please email us, or visit our Contact Us page for support. 

Note: If you are a self pay student, nursing homes are required to reimburse you for the cost of the class!
